There seems to be certain videos, placed on record by the petitioners, which, prima facie, reflect that the petitioners were being beaten up. 4. The Court, however, at this stage, is not considering the merits of the dispute and instead directs the concerned Authority to decide the petitioner’s case with due expedition within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed today. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that the next date of hearing stands fixed as 07.04.2026. Let the parties to fully cooperate in expeditious disposal of the petitioners’ application. 6. With respect to any alleged criminal act of one of respondents, the concerned Police Station is directed to look into the petitioners’ grievance and take necessary action. 7.
