Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner’s application seeking transfer filed offline in the prescribed format was considered and approved by the Headmaster and the Secretary of the school and the same was forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purulia for consideration on 29th August, 2025. No steps have been taken by the District Inspector of Schools till date. 3. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools shall take consequential necessary steps in the Page 2 matter at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receiving a copy of this order. 4. If the application of the petitioner for transfer is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken without any further delay. 5. The fate of the petitioner’s application shall be made known to the petitioner. 6. The respondent authority shall act on the basis of the hard copy of the documents forwarded offline by the petitioner despite suspension of the Utshasree portal. 7. The writ petition stands disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
