The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 111 (2)(b),111(3), 111(4), 318 (4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S, 2023 and Section 66(B), (C) (D) and 84 (C) of I.T. Act. 3. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is languishing in jail since 22.11.2025. He further submits on the basis of secret information police had conducted raid and apprehended four accused persons and on search, several mobile phones and SIM cards were recovered from the possession of accused persons. He further submits that one phone along with SIM card was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. He lastly submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. 4. Per Contra, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the Petitioner is enlarged on bail by furnishing bail bond of ₹ 20,000/- (INR Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No.153 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that during trial the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co-operate in trial. Further the petitioner will submit photocopy of his Aadhar Card and mobile number before the court below which he will always keep active and will not change and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
