The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.20,86,246/- payable to the petitioner for the execution of works i.e., (i) Providing CC road from Shaik Khadar basha house to Shaik babu house at padamati veedhi in ward No.16 in Atmakur Municipality, (ii) Providing CC road from bill collector Ganesh house to Chandrapati Mahesh house at medhara street colony in ward No.15 in Atmakur Municipality, (iii) Providing CC road from Syed Kasim house to Pathan Khaja Ramthulla house at Medhera streen in 15th ward in Atmakur Municipality, (iv) Upgradation of CC road and culvert from Syed Mallika House to electrical pole SS30/A at padamati veedhi ion ward No.16 in Atmakur Municipality, (v) Providing CC road from syed sulthan bee (H) to Syed Babu (H) at Exice police station in ward No.15 in Atmakur Municipality, 3 (vi) Providing CC road from Syed babu house to Syed sulthan basha house at Samithi office road in 15th ward in Atmakur Municipality, (vii) Providing CC road from India polaiah house to India ankaiah house at medhara street ST colony in 15th ward in Atmakur Municipality, (viii) Providing CC road from Shaik Sultan house to Shaik Tajuddin House at Tekkey in ward No.17 in Atmakur Municipality, (ix) Providing CC Drain from ACSR colony Sachivalayam to Panta Kaluva in ACSR colony in 19th ward in Atmakur Municipality, the instant writ petition is filed. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities appearing for respondent No.2 & 4 placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions dated 31.08.2026 received from the 4th respondent. A perusal of the same would reflect that the gross claim is Rs.20,86,259/- and the net amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.18,81,824/-. It is further submitted that, due to the non-availability of funds, the bills could not be processed through the CFMS Portal. Upon release of the funds, the bills would be processed through the CFMS Portal and the amount payable to the petitioner. 4. Having regard to the above as Rs.18,81,824/- is an admitted amount, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to release the admitted bill amount of Rs.18,81,824/- to the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
