Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs. “10.1 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to forthwith release and pay the pending salaries/remuneration of the petitioners w.e.f. April, 2025 till date, along with applicable interest; 10.2 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to ensure regular and timely payment of salary/remuneration to the petitioners for the period they continue to discharge their duties. 10.3 Pass any other order(s) or direction(s) which this Hon’ble Court may deem just, fir and proper in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners were engaged by respondent no. 3 for last about ten years and since then they are continuously working, however, petitioners have not been paid their salary from the Month of April, 2025 till date i.e. for about a year. Petitioners have made earlier request, however, the requests have not 7 / 7 been given any heed by the respondent authority and representation submitted by petitioners in this regard have also not been accepted. 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that from the pleading made in this writ petition it appears that petitioners are working under respondent no. 3 for whom he is not appearing. 4. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, and in particular the grievances raised by petitioners in this writ petition that petitioners are not being paid the salary since April 2025, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage, permitting petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 2 and 3 and in the event petitioners submits such representation, respondent no. 2 and 3 shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioners on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation. 5.
