The Court made the following order:
Heard Sri Papudippu Sashidar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for respondent No.1, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning appearing for respondent No.2 and Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities appearing for respondent No.2 & 3. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.18,94,681/- payable to the petitioner for execution of the work i.e., Supply and Delivery of Water Supply like Pumpset for pump houses and bore wells in Nandyal Municipality, the instant writ petition is filed. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities appearing for respondent No.2 & 3 placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions dated 31.08.2026 received from the 3rd respondent. A perusal of the same would reflect that the gross amount as claimed is Rs.18,94,681/-, after deduction of Rs.1,48,204/- the net amount payable to the petitioner is Rs.17,46,477/-. 4. Having regard to the above as Rs.17,46,477/- is an admitted amount, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to release the admitted bill amount of Rs.17,46,477/- to the

petitioner within a period of six (06) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
