Service is complete. 2. Being satisfied, I.A. No. 6339 of 2025 seeking substitution of opposite party no.1 is hereby allowed. 3. I.A. No. 2619 of 2022 has been filed for condonation of delay of 346 days in filing the petition for restoration. 4. Considering the averments made in the interlocutory application and being satisfied with the cause shown, I.A. No. 2619 of 2022 is allowed. 5. C.M.P. No. 120 of 2022 has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 570 of 2015 which was dismissed for default on 01.04.2019 due to non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 25.03.2019. 6. The learned counsel Mr. A.K. Sahani, submits that due to inadvertence, some of the defects could not be removed. 7. Considering the averments made in the application and being satisfied with the cause shown, the time for removal of defects in S.A. No. 570 of 2015 is extended till 20.03.2026. 8. If the defects are removed within the extended time, office is directed to place the Second Appeal No. 570 of 2015 on 24.03.2026. 9. This CMP is accordingly disposed of. (Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J.)
