Considering the averments made in the interlocutory application and being satisfied with the cause shown, I.A. No. 2619 of 2022 is allowed. 5. C.M.P. No. 120 of 2022 has been filed for restoration of Second Appeal No. 570 of 2015 which was dismissed for default on 01.04.2019 due to non-removal of defects in terms of order dated 25.03.2019. 6. The learned counsel Mr. A.K. Sahani, submits that due to inadvertence, some of the defects could not be removed. 7. Considering the averments made in the application and being satisfied with the cause shown, the time for removal of defects in S.A. No. 570 of 2015 is extended till 20.03.2026. 8.
