Pathak, APP …...... 02 /26.02.2026: This bail application has been filed under Sections 483 & 484 of BNSS, 2023 wherein, prayer has been made for grant of bail as he is in custody for allegedly committing offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 109, 132, 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 2. Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and have also gone through the impugned order. 3. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail. 4. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report (FIR). It is stated that in a village fair two groups quarreled among themselves and the police went to pacify them where the police was also assaulted. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. In the fair there were several persons including this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.011.2025. 5. Considering the fact that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2025, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st at Khunti in connection with Rania P.S. Case No. 33 of 2025 subject to the condition that one of 2026:JHHC:5714 2 the bailors should be a close relative of the petitioner, having sufficient landed property in his own name within the State of Jharkhand. 6.
