Heard Mr Rajeev Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr Piyush Chitresh, learned AC to A.G. for the respondent nos. 1 to 5. 2. For the order that we propose to presently make no notice to the 6th respondent is necessary, because the 6th respondent can be given full opportunity by the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar, i.e. the 2nd respondent herein. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that presently the petitioner will be satisfied if directions are issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioner's representation dated 23.05.2023 (Annexure-5 to this petition) in a time-bound manner. Without going into the merits and demerits of the allegations and counter allegations, we direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation in accordance with law and on its own merits as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within two months from the service of notice upon the 6th respondent. The Deputy Commissioner must serve such notice upon the 6th respondent within 15 days from today. 5. The Deputy Commissioner must hear the petitioner and the 6th respondent, and pass and communicate a reasoned order on the same. If any of the parties are aggrieved by such decision, they shall have the liberty to challenge the same in accordance with law. 6. With the above directions and without going into the various allegations and counter allegations, we dispose of this petition. 7. Mr Piyush Chitresh is requested to immediately communicate an authenticated copy of this order to the 2nd respondent i.e. the Deputy Commissioner, Deoghar for necessary action. 8.
