It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the instant writ petition is covered by the Judgment rendered by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in W.P.Nos.5188, 5333 and 5338 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026. 3. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.5188, 5333 and 5338 of 2026 dated 24.02.2026. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.
