Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that controversy involved in the present case is squarely covered by the judgment of Division Bench of this Court dated 27.11.2025 passed in D.B. Special Appeal (Writ) No.152/2023 (Bimala Kumari Vs. The State of Rajasthan & Ors.) and on the basis of
judgment of Division Bench, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court
[2026:RJ-JP:8510] (2 of 2) [CW-266/2026] has also disposed of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.20212/2025 (Vijay Shankar Sharma Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) vide
order dated 19.12.2025.
3. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with the same directions as given in the case of Bimala Kumari (supra).
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
5. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
