Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner would be content and satisfied in case order laid challenge in the instant proceedings is kept in abeyance till the disposal of the criminal case regarding the FIR, which is subject matter of the present case.

Learned Additional Advocate General is not averse to the aforesaid prayer and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction that till the final disposal of the criminal case against the petitioner, order
