Page No.# 2/2 This application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure is preferred by the petitioner for transfer of Title Suit (D) No.75/2024 from the Court of learned District Judge, Morigaon, to the Court of learned District Judge, Sivasagar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent herein is the husband of the petitioner, who has instituted the Title Suit (D) No.75/2024 before the Court of learned District Judge, Morigaon. But the petitioner herein is residing at Sivasagar and as such, it is difficult on her part to pursue the aforementioned proceeding in the Court of learned District Judge at Morigaon and under such circumstances, he has contended to allow this application by transferring the Title Suit (D) No.75/2024 to the Court of learned District Judge at Sivasagar. Mr. Das, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure stands allowed. Title Suit (D) No.75/2024 pending before the Court of learned District Judge, Morigaon, stands transferred to the Court of learned District Judge, Sivasagar. The petitioner shall obtain a certified copy of this order and shall place the same before the learned District Judge, Morigaon and on such certified copy being filed, the learned District Judge, Morigaon shall transmit the record to the Court of learned District Judge, Sivasagar.
