1. At the outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that vide
order dated 17.04.2026, the matter was referred to the Mediation Digitally signed by JYOTI JHA Date: 2026.05.01 17:08:24 +0530
2 Centre, whereupon the parties have amicably settled their dispute in the Mediation Centre on 29.04.2026. In view of the said settle- ment, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present appeal.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that in compliance with the mediation report dated 29.04.2026, the amount of Rs. 33,00,000/- has already been paid to the appellant.
3. This Court has heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the mediation report dated 29.04.2026.
4. The mediation report is taken on record. In view of the submis- sions made by learned counsel for the appellant and in terms of the mediation report, permission is granted to withdraw the present appeal.
5. The document (account statement) showing payment is kept on record.
6. Let the report of the Mediation Centre be made part of the decree.
7. Accordingly, the present appeal stands disposed of in terms of the mediation report.
