The immediate grievance of the petitioner is that the competent authority has not yet communicated the outcome of the hearing that took place on December 29, 2025. Mr. Chakraborty, the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner duly attended the said hearing. However, more than three months have been elapsed in the meantime and the respondent authority is yet to communicate the outcome of the said hearing to the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the private respondent no.12 submits that there are various disputes between the parties. Mr. Saha, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent nos.5 and 6 submits that though the hearing was conducted on December 29, 2025 but since the competent authority of the Corporation was transferred in the meantime, there has been some delay in communicating the order to the parties. On a query of the Court, Mr. Saha submits that in the meantime the Managing Director and the competent authority of the West Bengal Minerals Development and Trading Corporation Limited who heard the parties on December 29, 2025 has again rejoined and the order shall be communicated to parties within the time limit as may be fixed by this Court. WPA 7943 of 2026 stands disposed of by directing the Chairman and Managing Director, West Bengal Mineral Development and Trading Corporation Limited, being the sixth respondent, to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner and the private respondents on or before May 15, 2026. Since no affidavits have been called for, the allegation contained in the writ petition shall not be deemed to have been admitted. It is, however, made clear that this Court has not entered into the merit of the claim and counter-claim of the petitioner and the private respondent and all points are left open to be decided by the sixth respondent in accordance with law.
