Heard Sri Mulla Sohail, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport Department. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Transport Department collectively submitted that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 16.09.2025 in Writ Petition No.24887 of 2025 and prayed to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also. 4. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition in terms of the order dated 16.09.2025 passed in Writ Petition No.24887 of 2025, by passing the following order: “The petitioner is directed to comply with G.O.Ms.No.285, TR & B (Tr-II) dated 15.09.1984 and also to pay the compounding fee as stated in the Challan No. AP AP298402260902191755. 4 Further, upon compliance with the directions of this Court, the District Transport Commissioner and Secretary shall be obligated to release the vehicle bearing No.MP 09 DZ 1955 forthwith.” 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
