2. This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for
Page No.# 2/2 granting bail to the accused applicant in connection with South Lanka P.S. Case No. 74/2026 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(C)/27-A of the NDPS Act, 1985.
3. Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the charge- sheet in the instant case, being Charge-sheet No. 109/2026 dated 30.06.2026, has already been submitted.
4. Mr. Nawaz, learned counsel for the accused applicant, submits that liberty should be granted to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief.
