The petitioners have sought for grant of renewal for affiliation by submitting the representations dated 01.07.2026. The 4th respondent had restored the recognition vide proceedings dated 15.06.2026, in pursuance of the same, the petitioners have submitted representation dated 01.07.2026, seeking renewal of the application and the said representation is pending consideration with the 3rd respondent. 2. It is submitted that similarly placed institutions approached this Court and filed W.P.No.16039 of 2026 and batch which was disposed of vide orders dated 17.08.2026, directing the respondents therein to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioners submitted. 3.
