Petitioner is dissatisfied with that determination, therefore, he has approached this Court challenging the order passed by Competent Authority Land Acquisition on 16.01.2018. 6. From the pleadings made in the writ petition, it is revealed that there are other co-sharers in the property of the petitioner, therefore, petitioner has sought a direction that the entire compensation be released in his favour. 7. Such a relief cannot be granted in a UKHC010011542018 2026:UHC:7097 writ petition, as the question of apportionment can be decided only by Principal Civil Judge under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach the appropriate forum.
