1. Both these cases arising out of same FIR and in view of that they were tagged together and today they are being heard together and disposed of by this common order.
2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025, registered under Sections111(2) (b), 317 (2), 317(5), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66(B), 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the allegations are against four accused persons for committing cyber crime and out of four, 2 persons have been granted regular bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 5808 of 2025 and B.A. No. 5979 of 2025. He also submits that petitioners are in custody since
06.05.2025.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners are doing cyber crime and cheated the money of the victim.
5. Considering that similarly situated two co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the petitioners are in custody since 06.05.2025 and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, shall be released on regular bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 34 of 2025.
