1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for transfer of proceeding being Misc.Case No.10 of 2025, New No.19 of 2025, arising out of MAT Suit No.561 of 2024 pending before the Learned 3rd, Fast Track Court at Barrackpore to the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge at Sealdah.
2. It is submitted that the matrimonial suit in which the present Misc.Case was filed has been transferred by the Trial Court as directed by the High Court vide its order dated 04.02.2026 along with other cases in civil revision no.3915 of 2024, but the Misc.Case there in has not been transferred.

3. Considering the said facts, service in the present case is dispensed with.
4. Considering the fact that the Misc.Case no.10 of 2025 is part of MAT Suit no.561 of 2024, which has been transferred to the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, the Misc. Case being no.10 of 2025, new no.19 of 2025 arising MAT Suit no.561 of 2024, pending before the Learned 3rd Fast Track Court, Barrackpore be also transferred to the Court of the Learned Additional District Judge at Sealdah for disposal.
5. Learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah shall proceed with the said cases in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties.
6. Keeping in mind the case of the opposite party herein, the learned Additional District Judge shall be at liberty to permit the opposite party to appear virtually, if such prayer is made.
7. The civil revision stands disposed of.
8. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts at once.
