Hon’ble Pankaj Purohit, J. (Oral) Petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking a direction to respondent No.1-Nagar Nigam, Haldwani to make payment of family pension (wrongly mentioned as pension), gratuity and other admissible dues of her late husband Goverdhan to petitioner. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband was working with the respondent No.1-Nagar Nigam Haldwni as Sweeper/Paryavaran Mitra, who died during service on 14.05.2008. Petitioner was thereafter given compassionate appointment. Now after a long gap, petitioner claimed family pension, gratuity and other admissible dues of her husband to be paid to her. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.1-Nagar Nigam Haldwani was directed to seek instruction in the matter. It is contended by learned counsel for respondent No.1 that though document of petitioner’s husband is not traceable now, but since petitioner has submitted the representation dated 25.02.2025 to respondent No.1- Nagar Nigam Haldwani, (Annexure No.3 to the writ UKHC010141552026 2026:UHC:7388 2 petition) with the same prayer and the same is pending disposal, therefore, ends of justice would be met, if a direction be issued to respondent No.1 to take a decision on the said representation in a time bound manner. 4. In view of the above, the writ petition is finally disposed of, with a direction to respondent No.1-Nagar Nigam Haldwani, to decide the representation dated 25.02.2025 submitted by petitioner to respondent No.1- Nagar Nigam Haldwani, (Annexure No.3 to the writ petition), within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
