Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revisional authority dismissed the revision only on the ground that the petitioner could not produce the permission obtained under Section 22 of the OLR Act from the competent authority during hearing of the case. A copy of the permission granted by the then Sub-Divisional Officer, Dharamgarh on 21.05.1969 is enclosed under Annexure-1 to the writ petition. If the order granting permission was available with the petitioner, there is no reason, why the same was not produced. 3. Be that as it may, since it is prima facie found that there is an order granting permission, the writ petition is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order and by directing the petitioner to produce a copy of the permission granted by the competent authority under Section 22 of the OLR Act before the revisional authority. 4. The petitioner shall appear before the revisional authority on Order No. 1. 2nd March, 2026 and produce the certified copy of this order along with the order granting permission. The revisional authority shall thereafter re-open the revision and consider the veracity of the permission so produced and proceed thereafter in accordance with law. (Sashikanta Mishra) Judge B.C.
