Jiya Lal Bhardwaj , Judge (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners would be content, in case the present petition is disposed of in terms of the decision passed by this Court in CWP No.4659 of 2024, titled, Satish Kumar & Ors. vs. HRTC & Ors., on 27.05.2024. 2. Learned vice counsel for the respondents- Corporation does not have any objection in case the petition is disposed of, as per the mandate contained in the aforementioned judgment. 3. Keeping in view the submissions made by the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 learned counsel for the petitioners and also the fact that the dispute raised in the present petition has already been adjudicated upon by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that the decision rendered in the aforementioned judgment shall be applied mutatis mutandis to the facts of the present case. However, it is clarified that the dispute shall be adjudicated on the basis of the office memoranda dated 07.02.2015 and 07.03.2020 (wrongly typed as 07.03.2021 in the aforementioned judgment). 4. Let the needful be done by the respondents- Corporation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the judgment.
