Mr. Raman Jamalta, Advocate, has placed on record copy of the communication dated 11.05.2026, issued by the Works Manager, HRTC-Jassur (HP), to the Financial Advisor & CAO, HRTC, Shimla, regarding compliance of the judgment passed in CWP No. 16814 of 2025 on 30.10.2025. 3. As per the said communication, the DCRG amounting to Rs. 17,87,709/- and leave encashment amounting to Rs. 10,83,460/- have been ordered to be assessed, though learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that interest on the said amount has not been calculated in the calculation sheet. 4.
