The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sector- XII P.S. Case No. 101/2024, registered for the offence under Sections 303(2) & 305(e) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. He then also submits that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in para-10 of the petition. He next submits that the petitioner has replied to the notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the petitioner’s name has come on the confessional statement. 5. Considering that the petitioner has replied to the notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
