The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that originally the case was filed before the Family Court at Bengaluru and thereafter the case was transferred to Chennai. He further submitted that the petitioner is trying to co-operate with the proceedings, but there is no progress in the trial. 3. The learned counsel for the respondent is present. 4.
