Smt.Anusha Nandish, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had constructed the residential house in the year 2008, long before the issuance of the preliminary notification dated 30.12.2008 and the final notification. The petitioner submitted representation for regularization of the house so constructed. Sri Shivaprasad Shantanagoudar, learned counsel for the respondents – BDA submits that if reasonable time is granted, the representation of the petitioner would be considered and necessary orders would be passed in accordance with law. 4. In the light of the aforesaid submission, we deem it appropriate to pass the following: ORDER a. The writ petition is allowed. b. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 27.03.2025, which has endorsement dated 21.08.2025, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. c. The respondents – Bangalore Development Authority shall also communicate the order that would be passed on the representation, to the petitioner. - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7315-DB WP No. 26082 of 2025 d. Till the consideration of the representation happens, the parties are directed to maintain status quo, qua the properties of the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
