The petitioner has preferred this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call the entire records from the respondents. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No.4 issued to duplicate Kisan Rin Pustika (Farmer’s Booklet). 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief of pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted lease/patta in respect of the land bearing Khasra No.313/2 (area 5.15, 2086 hectares), situated at Village Hatbanja, Tehsil Chhuikhadan, District Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai (CG). Rin Pustika of the said land was issued in favour of the petitioner, and a photocopy thereof has also been annexed with this petition as Annexure-P/2. However, the original Rin Pustika has been lost by the petitioner, as such, the petitioner has filed an appropriate application for issuance of duplicate Rin Pustika, which is pending consideration before the concerned Tahsildar, Chhuikhadan/respondent No.4. The said application was filed on 01.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) and has not been decided till date. Due to the aforesaid loss of the Rin Pustika, the petitioner is facing difficulty in availing benefits under the Central Government as well as the State Government schmes. Hence, it is prayed that 3 the concerned authority may be directed to consider the petitioner’s application and to issue a duplicate Rin Pustika in her favour for the land in question in accordance with law. 3. Learned counsel for the State-Respondents submits that the State has no objection to the prayer made by the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts of the case, and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned Tahsildar to consider and decide the petitioner’s application (Annexure P-1) and issue a duplicate Rin Pustika in favour of the petitioner for the land bearing Khasra No.313/2, in accordance with law, within a period of 01 month from the date of production of a copy of this order. 5. With aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. 6. Pending interlocutory application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
