The application made, pursuant to the order of 18.02.2025 by this Hon’ble Court, in an offline mode, is pending before respondent no. 6. 4. In spite of service, there is no representation on behalf of respondent no. 6. 5. In view of the urgency of transfer, on the ground of "spouse medical," I direct respondent nos. 6 & 7, to immediately consider the application of the petitioner upon requisite certificate from the Block Medical Officer of Health (BMOH) and if found eligible, to forward the same to the concerned District Inspector of Schools, who shall deal with it expeditiously upon requisite certificate from the concerned Chief Medical Office of Heath (CMOH), by 15.05.2026. 6.
