The Petitioner has filed this CRLMC with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Padwa P.S. Case No.0144 dated 24.11.2024 corresponding to G.R Case No.955 of 2024 pending in the court learned SDJM, Koraput. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to previous grudge by some local political people, the informant foisted this false case against the present petitioner. The Petitioner has never committed any crime. 4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and on going through the materials on record, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioner.
