By way of the present petition filed under section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail that was granted to him vidé order dated 09.03.2026 made in BAIL APPLN No 4840/2025. 3. In line with the view taken by this court in Jatin vs. The State NCT of Delhi in BAIL APPL. No. 3418/2024, an application for extension of interim bail is to be filed in the original petition in which interim bail was granted; and not by way of a fresh petition.
