ORDER:
The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“…to issue writ order or orders more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in calling the petitioners to the 3rd respondent police station repeatedly for inquiry is arbitrary illegal and consequently direct the respondents not to call the petitioners repeatedly to come and appear in the police station and pass….”
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader.
3. Sri Raja Manuri Venkata, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the respondent police have been frequently calling the petitioners to the police station and causing harassment to them.
4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that respondent No.3 has never called the petitioners for any kind of enquiry.
5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.3 not to call the petitioners unnecessarily without there being any complaint and not to

subject them to any kind of harassment. However, it is open to respondent No.3 to proceed in accordance with law in any crime filed against them.
6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is
disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
