Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Sri Raja Manuri Venkata, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the respondent police have been frequently calling the petitioners to the police station and causing harassment to them. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that respondent No.3 has never called the petitioners for any kind of enquiry. 5. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.3 not to call the petitioners unnecessarily without there being any complaint and not to 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.8963 of 2026 Dated 24.04.2026 subject them to any kind of harassment. However, it is open to respondent No.3 to proceed in accordance with law in any crime filed against them. 6. With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
