Thakur, Advocate. 03/ 06.05.2026: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126 (2), 115 (2), 118(1), 109, 351(2), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 and under sections 27 and 35 of the Arms Act, 1959 pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Hazaribagh. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that joint compromise petition by way of interlocutory application being I.A. No. 6448 of 2026 is ready however the same has not been placed as the matter was on Board. 4. In view of such submission, let the I.A. No. 6448 of 2026 be taken on record. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that children were playing volleyball and they have started quarreling which has further escalated and elders have involved and allegation is made that in the meantime about 16-20 persons came and assaulted the informant. He next submits that there are general and omnibus allegation of assault and now ( 2026:JHHC:13468 ) good sense has prevailed between the parties and matter has been compromised. On these grounds, he submits that the petitioners may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that allegation of assault is there. 7. Learned counsel for the informant accepts the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and submits that the matter has been compromised. 8. Considering that children were playing volleyball and they have started quarreling which has further escalated and elders have involved and allegations are made that 16-20 persons came and assaulted the informant. Now good sense has prevailed between the parties and the matter has been compromised. 9. In the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the above named, petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of their surrender / arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Hazaribagh, in connection with Lohsinghna P.S. Case No. 37 of 2025, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of B.N.S.S, 2023. 10. This anticipatory bail application is allowed and disposed of.
