The petitioner has moved this writ petition with a prayer to direct the respondents to pay the post retiral dues of the petitioner like gratuity and amount of encashment of earned leave and pension under the UPS/NPS Scheme, which has not been paid, according to the petitioner, despite his retirement on 31.03.2026. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after the retirement of petitioner from service on 31.03.2026, he has not been paid his post retiral dues admissible to him. 5. For the said purpose, a representation dated 25.06.2026 has been made by the petitioner to the respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievance, which is still pending. Learned counsel for petitioner made an innocuous prayer to direct the respondent No.2 to take a quick decision on the representation of the petitioner and to pay the dues admissible to him, as per law, without any further delay. 7. Learned State Counsel has no objection to the said prayer. 8. In this view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent no.2 to decide the representation dated 25.06.2026 submitted by petitioner (Annexure No.7 to the writ petition) as per law and accordingly pay the post retiral dues of the petitioner, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 9.
