No. 430/26 and 913/24 under annexure- 2 & 11 within a stipulated period.” 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that his application in I.A. Diary Nos.430 of 2026 and 913 of 2024 filed in pending Miscellaneous Case No.181 of 2024 are kept pending on the file of Order No. 01. DRT, Cuttack and therefore a direction be issued for their early disposal. 3. Learned Panel Counsel appearing for the Bank very fairly submits that he has no objection for disposal of the said application, provided that he is also heard in the matter. He tells us that all contentions should be kept open. With this proposal, counsel for the Petitioner is agreeable.
