This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for granting bail to the accused applicant in connection with Gohpur P.S. Case No. 48/2026 under Section 65(1) of the BNSS, 2023 read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012. 3. Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits that the charge- sheet in the instant case, being Charge-sheet No. 55/2026 dated 20.06.2026, has already been submitted. 4. Mr. Gogoi, learned counsel for the accused applicant, submits that liberty should be granted to the accused applicant to approach the jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. 5. In view of the above, the instant bail application stands disposed of with a direction to the accused applicant to appear before the jurisdictional Court and seek appropriate relief, of so advised.
