District Sirmaur at Nahan, H.P., is appended, which read as under:- “It is informed that appointment of Drawing Madster reserved for Specially Abled Persons through batch-wise on contract basis, the counseling process conducted/proposed for the posts of Drawing Master reserved for PwD category which was held on 19.06.2023 in the office of undersigned is hereby 2 cancelled/withdrawn with immediate effect due to Administrative reason.” In light of the above, this petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous but with liberty to the petitioner that in case he intends to assail the decision taken by Deputy Director of School Education (Elem.), dated 20.05.2026, he may do so, in accordance with law.
