It is submitted that the withdrawal orders of the N.C.T.E., dated 09.12.2019 in W.P.Nos.23722 & 23748 of 2026 & dated 19.12.2019 in W.P.No.23753 of 2026 were set aside by this Court while disposing of Writ Petition No.19422 of 2026 & batch. It is also submitted that the 3rd respondent, in response to the applications of the petitioners, dated 30.07.2026, has issued the impugned proceedings, dated 13.08.2026 by informing the petitioners that the applications and the request of the petitioners are pending for consideration. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the present writ petitions can be disposed of, directing the respondents 3 & 4 to pass appropriate orders on the applications of the petitioners, keeping in view the earlier orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.19422 of 2026 & batch. 4. Considering the aforesaid observations, these Writ Petitions are disposed of, directing the respondents 3 & 4 to pass appropriate orders on the applications of the petitioners seeking grant of affiliation for conducting B.Ed. course. 9 No order as to costs.
