Mishra, Advocate ---- 2/12.01.2026 Heard learned counsels for petitioner and for State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.528 of 2025, for offence registered under sections 318(4), 338, 336(2), 340(2), 61(2), 297(2), 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and section 7 of Lottery Regulation Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that from the house of the co-accused namely Israil Anasari, four printers, two HP Laptops, four paper cutting machines, staplers and packet of stapler pins have been recovered and the allegations are made of preparing forged lottery packets. He further submits that the name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of the coaccused person namely Akbar Ali. He next submits that the allegations are also there that bike of the petitioner was recovered from the house of the coaccused namely Israil Ansari. He next submits that the 2026:JHHC:747 -2- A.B.A. No.62 of 2026 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph 28. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that bike of the petitioner was recovered from the alleged place of occurrence. 5. Considering that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement of coaccused namely Akbar Ali and the documents/ articles have been recovered from the house of one Israil Ansari and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within four weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dhanbad, in connection with Govindpur P.S.
