GP FOR FINANCE PLANNING The Court made the following order: Heard Sri Devasri Roshan Kancharla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for respondent No.1, Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities appearing for respondent No.2 & 4 and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance and Planning appearing for respondent No.5. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the instant writ petition is against the action of the respondents in not releasing the amount of Rs.10,59,715/- payable to the petitioner for execution of the work i.e., (i) Providing CC road from Yarragolla Narasimhulu house to Umamaheswara Rao house at Nethaji Nagar in ward No.6 in Atmakur Municipality, (ii) Providing CC road from Jaipal Reddy house to Muragalla Chanchu Rathnam house at Nethaji Nagar in ward No.6 in Atmakur Municipality, (iii) Providing CC road from Nethaji Nagar board to Yarragola Narasimhullu house at Nethaji Nagar in ward No.6 in Atmakur Municipality, the instant writ petition is filed. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities appearing for 3 respondent No.2 & 4 placed before the Court a copy of the written instructions dated 31.08.2026 received from the 4th respondent. A perusal of the same would reflect that the out of gross amount is Rs.10,59,716/- and the net amount payable to the petitioner is admitted as Rs.9,51,777/-. It is further stated that, due to the non-availability of funds, the bills could not be processed through the CFMS Portal. Upon release of the funds, the bills would be processed through the CFMS Portal. 4. Having regard to the above as Rs.9,51,777/- is an admitted amount, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondents to release the admitted bill amount of Rs.9,51,777/- to the petitioner within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
