The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sarath P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021. It has been alleged that the miscreants have entered into the shop of the informant and had looted Rs.40,000/- cash, a laptop etc. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has been implicated on the confession of the co-accused, Jakir Ansari. It has been submitted that the several accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No.13680 of 2021, B.A. No.1166 of 2022 and B.A. No.2838 of 2022. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents. Considering the manner of implication of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhupur in connection with Sarath P.S.
