The petitioner is an accused in connection with Baliapur P.S. Case No. 160 of 2023. It has been alleged that the accused persons due to a land dispute has come to the house of the informant and had committed assault upon him and his family members and resultantly the grand mother of the informant has died. The allegation appears to be general and omnibus in nature and some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court in B.A. No. 4610 of 2025. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Baliapur P.S.
