Heard Sri Gautam Dubey, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Jai Bahadur Singh, Advocate for Respondent-University. 2. This case is arising out of expultion of petitioner from Respondent- University. 3. Learned counsel appearing for petitioner, fairly submits that petitioner has an alternative remedy to file an appeal before Board of Management, therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of with aforesaid liberty and with further direction to concerned respondent to decide appeal within a short period. 4. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-University has not objection to aforesaid request. 5. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with aforesaid liberty. It is further observed that in case appeal is filed by petitioner within a week, the concerned respondent will decide the same within two weeks thereafter taking a sympathetic view.
