The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Godda (M) P.S. Case No.200 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109 and 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the informant is the relative of the petitioners. He further submits that the altercation took place due to land dispute. He then submits that the petitioner no.2 is the student of ITI, Godda. He next submits that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 22 of this application. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of assault are there. 5. Considering that the petitioners and informant are relatives and petitioner no.2 is a student, which is clarified in light of Annexure-4, which is marks statement of Intermediate examination and he is studying in ITI at ( 2026:JHHC:1715 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 310 of 2026 Godda and the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 22 of this application and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above-named petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of their arrest or surrender, they shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Godda in connection with Godda (M) P.S.
