Learned counsel for the respondents-State submits that in pursuance of the previous date of hearing on 23.04.2026, he has sought instructions in the matter and according to his instructions, suspension of petitioner vide order of suspension dated 05.12.2025 has been revoked vide order dated 24.04.2026. In support of his submission, he handed over copy of order dated 24.04.2026 upon the counsel for petitioner as also placed before this Court for perusal. 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in this writ petition petitioner has challenged the order of her suspension dated 05.12.2025. In view of above submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nothing remains in this writ petition for adjudication of this Court in view of the order dated 24.04.2026. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, petitioner will be at liberty to challenge the order dated 24.04.2026, if any grievance still subsists.
