Considering the above facts and circumstances and long pendency of this case, it seems that the petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the instant case. 5. Accordingly, CRR 2484 of 2009 is dismissed for default. 6. Consequently, the applications being CRAN/4/2011 (Old CRAN/574/2011), CRAN/8/2012 (Old CRAN/1938/2012), and CRAN/9/2013 (Old CRAN/2149/2013) are, thus, dismissed. 7.
