DATED : September 21, 2026 By this appeal, the appellant challenges the judgment and decree of divorce. 2. During pendency of the appeal, both the parties arrived at settlement. Terms of settlement are placed on record which are taken on record and marked as ‘X’ for identification. 3. The learned counsel for the respective parties are also present before the Court. They have also accepted that there is a settlement. 4. In view of settlement arrived, parties request to convert the decree of divorce to decree divorce by mutual consent. 5. In view of mediation report and the settlement, the appellant has already received the amount as agreed by way of Demand Draft. She has no objection to the quantum of amount concerned. 6. In view of settlement terms, decree passed by the Family Court Nagpur in Petition No.A-274/2023 is converted into decree of divorce by mutual consent. Decree be drawn up accordingly. 7.
