GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following order: Heard Sri Kishore Kumar Katari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandra Sekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 5. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 4 and 5 are not conducting survey and fixing boundaries in respect of agricultural land admeasuring Ac.3.06 cents in Sy.No.41-3, Jammalamadka Gram Panchayat, Jammalamadaka Village, Mundlamuru Revenue Mandal, Prakasam District, pursuant to the petitioner’s F-line application No.FSNV012601002940, dated 08.07.2026 (Ex.P1). Learned counsel for the petitioner would contend that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property, having purchased the same from Sri Chinnamsetty Venkateswara Rao, S/o. Hanumayya, under a Registered Sale Deed vide Document No.976 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026, and his name has been mutated in the revenue records. The petitioner made an application vide Ex.P1, requesting the authorities to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries. However, no survey has been conducted so far. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondents 4 and 5 will proceed with the survey as per the procedure laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 (for short ‘the Act’). 5. Given the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned on either side, directing respondents 4 and 5 to conduct survey and fix the boundaries, pursuant to Ex.P1, application, by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the neighbouring land owners and adhering to the procedure laid down under the Act. Respondents 4 and 5 shall complete the exercise as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four weeks from the receipt of a copy of the order.
