1. Both the instant anticipatory bail applications under Section 482 B.N.S.S have been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with FIR No. 388/2025, registered at the Police Station Keshorai Patan, District Bundi for the offences
(2 of 3) [CRLMB-8066/2026] punishable under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 119(1) and 333 BNS.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injured- Dharmendra has not sustained any grievous injury on any vital part of his body. Counsel submits that the injured-Dharmendra has sustained only one injury on his elbow bone and the same has been assigned to the co-accused Pradeep who has already been granted indulgence of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 30.03.2026 in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 2416/2026. Counsel submits that now the injured-Dharmendra has entered into a compromise with the petitioners and he does not want to prosecute the petitioners and in this regard he has executed a compromise deed on 04.05.2026. Therefore, the indulgence of bail be granted to the petitioners as well. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer made by counsel for the petitioners. 4. Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on record. 5 Considering the arguments put forward by counsel for the petitioners and looking to the fact that the injured-Dharmendra has not sustained any injury on any vital part of his body and the only injury sustained by him on his elbow bone which has been assigned to the co-accused Pradeep, who has already been granted indulgence of anticipatory bail by this Court and also looking to the fact that now the complainant does not want to prosecute the petitioners, this Court is of the opinion to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners under Section 482 B.N.S.S.

Accordingly, both the instant anticipatory bail applications are allowed and it is directed that in the event of arrest of petitioners Suraj S/o Kalulal and Mahesh Rathore S/o Pappu Lal in connection with FIR No. 388/2025 registered with the Police Station Keshorai Patan, District Bundi, the petitioners shall be released on bail; provided they furnish a personal bond for the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- along with two sureties of Rs.50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the concerned Investigating Officer/S.H.O. on the following conditions :- (i). That the petitioners shall make themselves available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required (ii). That the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the court or any police officer; and (iii).
That the petitioners shall not leave India without previous permission of the court. (ANOOP KUMAR DHAND),J Ashu/74-75
